As a fine dining restaurant we offer prime beef steaks, fresh seafood and Texas game.  Our cuisine is defined by the principle of simplicity. We shall enhance our products through classical techniques that combine flavors, textures and colors. We provide a full bar as well as a fine selection of wine and champagne. All food and beverage is provided by Green Pastures.

Private dining is available both at Green Pastures or at the site of your choice.  We offer several rooms that can be reserved for private functions.  These functions are allotted 4 hours and may begin between 11:00 am-1:30pm and 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm. For events longer than four hours additional time is billed at a rate of $500 per hour.  Our facility will close at midnight.

We do not charge a site fee for events.  Instead we ask that you spend a minimum amount on food and beverage for a space based upon the time of day and day of the week.  This allows you to impress your friends who will in turn be impressed with us.  Please consult one our event planners for the food and beverage minimums for a private event.

All private events require an initial deposit at the time a function is booked.

Menus may be selected up to four months in advance of the event.  Prices for the event will be locked in upon receipt of your  50% deposit for the estimated costs.  Menus should be selected at least four weeks prior to the event.
Deposits are applied to your final bill.  Your deposit is non-refundable. If there is a cancellation and we are able to rebook the same time and space we will refund your deposit in full.

We work closely with outside vendors to provide you with an outstanding experience. Our event planners can recommend florists, videographers, photographers, musicians, entertainment and limousine services.   All outside vendors for events must be approved to ensure a seamless gracefulness to the event and provide them with the necessary access to the facilities.

Your private space is available for you to decorate up to two hours prior to the event. Green Pastures is a historical landmark and its preservation is important to us.  We have provided a few hangers in some rooms for decorations for your convenience and to allow us to maintain the facility.  The old wood has grace and beauty.  It does not take kindly to nails, staples, or tape. We recommend the use of birdseed, potpourri or fresh flower petals. Our peacocks are inquisitive about rice, glitter, and other shiny stuff.  Please refrain from using them for decorations for their safety.

Three business days (Monday-Friday) prior to your function we need your guarantee for the number of guests at your event.  This will be the number of guests you are charged for unless the actual served is greater.  In the event we do not receive your guarantee we will use your last estimate as the guarantee.
