WEDDING CAKES:
Cakes are priced on a per person basis. 

The cost is determined by the guaranteed number of guests given to our catering office 72 hours in advance of the delivery. 

The price for a bride’s cake is $3.50 per person with a $65.00 minimum. 
The price for both a bride’s and a groom’s cake is $5.00 per person with a $72.00 minimum. 
Bride’s cakes may be tiered or stacked with the icing and simple design of bride’s choice.

WEDDING CAKE DELIVERY

EQUIPMENT:
A deposit of $75.00 is required for the use of Green Pastures cake plates and separators. 
Silver trays may be rented for cake bases and require a $200.00 deposit,
You may provide your own plates, separators and or trays if they are brought in at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery.*** 

DEPOSIT:
A $250.00 deposit is required to confirm a cater. 
A subsequent payment of 50% of the estimated balance is due two weeks prior to your cater.
Final payment is due 72 hours before your event, at the same time of the guaranteed guest count.
   
DELIVERY CHARGE:
All deliveries will have a charge that includes set up of the wedding cake. 

In town deliveries will be $65.00 for Bride’s Cakes and $85.00 for both Bride’s and Groom’s Cakes.  Deliveries to the Elgin, Bastrop, and  Wimberley areas will have an additional fee. 
Please contact a Catering Manager if your delivery is outside of these areas.

***Cake plates, separators and tray bases provided from outside the restaurant must be compatible with the cake order.  Check with our caterer to insure compatibility.  In cases of mis-sized or non-compatible plates and separators, Green Pastures will automatically default to our equipment and all rental fees and deposits will apply.
