Green Pastures Photographers’ Guidelines
Fees
No fee required when client has booked event with Green Pastures.
$50.00 per hour (plus tax) fee required for most photo shoots.
Usage
Photo shoots outside function time frame are to be scheduled with Green Pastures. Available times are Monday through Friday 9:00–10:45 a.m., and Monday through Thursday 3:00–5:00 p.m. Included in location fee is access to changing room, indoor and outdoor sites, and most electrical outlets. Photos in conjunction with an event (wedding, anniversary, business dinner, etc.) must be confined to clients’ area and time. Typically, access is two hours before function. Photos on staircase or in upstairs lounge must be approved by Green Pastures Catering Manager. All special requests for photographers regarding food, bar, or seating must be made by client to Green Pastures.
